Deep Health is the accumulation of Physical, Emotional, Environmental, Mental, Existential, and Relational dimensions of health harmoniously working together as they are interdependent. It’s not just about a number on the scale or aesthetics. Deep Health is not in a pill, a single program, or surgery. It’s the cumulation of how a person feels internally, externally, mentally, and emotionally; how a person thinks, acts, reacts, copes, plans, prepares, and navigates life. By focusing wholly on a person’s dimensions of Deep Health they will achieve their goals faster, and with more ease, in a way that is sustainably built around them, a unique person.
Deep Health requires small, yet consistent, persistent, daily actions. Deep Health is achieved not only by conquering sustainable physical activity but also by high-quality nutritional intake, quality rest/recovery, internal/external rejuvenation, sincere connections/relationships with purpose, and self-authenticity. Understanding how all these things are intertwined and affect every aspect of a person’s complete wellness is the key to achieving complete Deep Health.
The awareness of these interdependent aspects of health and the willingness to create actionable change is what shifts a person’s pain, suffering, and unhappiness into motivation, life fulfillment, and success. A person’s willingness to change suffering into action is what makes them more likely to stay motivated and succeed. Deep health is like a well-oiled machine with each element being a gear depending on the other gears to keep moving forward. If one gear is broken or off track, the others cannot function at 100%. Meaning that all problems are connected and influence each other, along with applied solutions. If you improve one area or fix a gear then the others will improve as well. Achieving Deep Health is different for everyone and that’s why our coaching and programs are individualized to each client.
